*Management of Indoor Tennis & Pickleball Facility in Southern Colorado*

The Pueblo Tennis and Pickleball Center is looking for dynamic, motivated, hungry, & entrepreneurial-minded individual in consideration of a Management Position for the operation of a 38,000 sq.
ft indoor tennis and pickleball facility in Pueblo, Colorado.
*Duties:*
The individual will be fully responsible of the operations of this 9-court facility, pro shop, and will be expected to help the facility become an important part of the local community.
The Tennis and Pickleball Center is a membership-based facility.
It is also important that the facility creates positive pathways for all community members to enjoy and exercise as well.
The scope is:
* All Open Play of both Tennis and Pickleball
* Lessons
* Tournaments
* Leagues
* Ball Machine Rentals
* USTA or UTR events
* Special Events
* Kids Summer Camp
* Community Outreach
* Advanced Community Rentals

* Exceptional customer service skills; friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
*Compensation:*
* Can be structured as straight salary; with no commissions or bonuses
* Can be structured as hybrid; with a lesser salary; then adding commissions / bonuses to reach a higher total compensation.
