We are seeking a driven leader to join our Klick Solar Sales Team! *We are looking for someone that has at least one year of experience in the solar industry who wants the opportunity to step into a manager role to help train, develop, lead, and manage a sales team in Oregon.

*Salary: $150,000-$600,000 (Commission + Bonuses)*
*Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Flex Hours and Shifts)*
*Location: Eugene, Portland, Corvallis, Bend *
*Job Responsibilities:*
* *Lead and motivate a team of solar sales professionals and exceed sales targets*
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers and homeowners
* Scheduling and facilitating weekly meetings and trainings, overseeing training for new hires/retrains when necessary
* Lead from the front when prospecting and generating interest with new homeowners and schedule an appointment for an in-home presentation.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales data, production numbers, and other sales efforts in our CRM systems.
* Review and analyze SOP's and improve efficiencies and strategize with management to improve where needed.
*Job Qualifications:*
* 1+ years of experience within Solar or Renewable energy, Required
* High school diploma or equivalent
* *Strong leadership and/or management skills*
* Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
* Detail oriented and organization skills.
* Strong communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
