*Job Description*
Derksen Buildings is looking for a Sales Account Manager to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining partnerships with local business owners within an assigned region.
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for actively promoting the Derksen Buildings brand to local stores and businesses to display and sell our products.
A Sales Account Manager is responsible for sales growth, customer satisfaction, supervises daily operations and management of dealers and contractors.
Maintain and improve communication between dealers and our delivery team.
This individual will perform duties and provide services in accordance with established operating procedures and company policies.
This individual will work from home and travel throughout Colorado, West Nebraska, and South Wyoming.
*Overview of the Role:*
The sales team at Derksen Buildings is looking for an experienced high-energy individual to open, train, motivate, and manage sales locations.
*Specific Responsibilities Will Include*
· Maximize assigned territory by actively open competent sales locations.
· Educate the business owner and staff on the benefits and advantages of becoming a Cumberland dealer and motivate them to sell our product.
· Create and maintain strong business relations with dealers
· Provide training and sales support to dealer locations.
· Responsible for encouraging and maintaining the presentation of displays- ensuring banners and signs are displayed properly and dealers have everything necessary to make a sale (brochures, banners, signs, paperwork, etc.
).
· Visit each dealer at least once per month.
· Provide immediate assistance and technical support to dealer locations.
*Requirements:*
· 1-3 years proven track record of success in sales
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
· Strong attention to detail
· A problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
· Access to high speed internet
· Tech-savvy and able to get up to speed quickly on systems such as Salesforce
· Availability to Travel on a monthly basis
· MS office skills
· Ability to travel in the assigned territory as needed dictated by workload
· Valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle
· Vehicle in good condition is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $100,000.
